Refunds

We offer a 100% refund on our product if it fails to perform as designed under the following conditions:

Reasonable opportunities have been given to correct any problems - including access to the clients ftp and site admin - if requested.
The request for a refund is made within 30days of purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for failure of our modifications when combined with other 3rd party modifications - we will endeavor to assist you in resolving these problems but you may incur custom install charges if the problems are found to exist as a result of "other" modifications preventing the otherwise normal operation of the product.
